One finished photo, at any size and from any tool. There is no surcharge for a wide banner, a bigger render or a location scene. You only pay for finished photos: if one cannot be generated, the credit returns to your balance on its own.

You do. We assign you every right we might hold in the output, and you can use the photos commercially: product pages, ads, social, print. We do not take a licence to publish your photos as our own marketing unless you tell us we may.

No. Your uploads and your generated photos are never used to train or fine tune any model, ours or a third party's. They are processed to produce your photos and stored so you can come back to them, nothing else.

Reading a product photo takes about twenty seconds. Each generated photo takes a minute or two, and a batch runs ten at a time, so a set of ten photos is typically finished in a few minutes rather than a few weeks.

That is the part we have spent the most time on. Every product is read and described before anything is generated, the risky details are named and protected, and the description travels into the prompt for every photo. You can edit any description yourself, so if a word is wrong you correct it once and every later photo follows your wording.

Yes, in two ways. Every export carries machine readable provenance metadata that cannot be switched off, because that disclosure is our duty rather than yours to waive. Every export also carries the official EU transparency icon burned into the image, switched on by default, which you can turn off per download if your own use does not need it.

No. Every catalogue model is generated and does not depict any real, identifiable or living person. That is also why we ask you to confirm you hold the rights when you upload a photo of a real person for Pose Batch.

Flat lays, worn photos, mannequin shots and packshots, as PNG, JPG, WebP or AVIF. A photo needs at least 1000 pixels on its long side and 600 on its short side, and we recommend 1280 or more on the short side: the sharper your upload, the more faithful the render. You must hold the rights to what you upload, and you need documented consent for any identifiable person in it.

Unused credits roll over from month to month for as long as your subscription stays active, with no cap. When you spend a credit it comes off this cycle's allowance first and your rolled over credits after that. If you cancel, nothing is taken away: every credit you have paid for stays usable until the end of the period you have paid for, and on a yearly plan the remaining months still arrive on schedule. Switching plan starts a new cycle at the new plan's full price and takes nothing away either, and if you leave a yearly plan early, the months you have paid for but not yet received come back to you as credit on your account, where they pay for your next renewals. The free credits a new account starts with stay for as long as the account never subscribes. Once you subscribe they follow the same rollover rules as your plan's credits, so they stay while the subscription is active and expire only when it ends, and they have no cash value.

Everything. The plans differ only by how many credits arrive each month. All three tools, every catalogue model, pose and scene, every export size, and JPG, PNG or WebP downloads are the same on every plan, and a photo that fails to generate refunds its credit on every plan.

You only pay for finished photos: if a photo cannot be generated, its credit is returned to you without you asking. Once you have generated a photo with a payment's credits, that payment is final, including for the credits you have not used yet, because we pay for every generation as it runs. As a consumer you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days for a full refund as long as you have not generated anything with it, and your statutory rights apply in full. The refunds page sets out exactly how.

The uploaded photos, the product crops and every photo generated inside it are deleted from our storage. Credits already spent are not returned, because the photos were produced. Saved library products are copies, so they survive the shoot they came from.

Every new account starts with 3 credits and no card. That is enough to read your products and shoot your first photos, so you can judge the quality on your own garments before you spend anything.
