Every one of these opens with a plain summary before the clauses start. They describe the product as it actually behaves, so if you find a difference between a document and the software, tell us: one of the two is a bug.

You own what you generate

We assign you any rights we might hold in your photographs, and you can use them commercially without asking us.

We never train on your work

Nothing you upload or generate is used to train or improve any AI model. There is no opt out because there is nothing to opt out of.
